General Manager / Manager – Food Service As the Sales General Manager (Food Service) at , you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales strategy and performance in the thriving food service industry. Based in our dynamic office in South Jakarta, you will be responsible for leading a talented sales team and developing strong relationships with key customers across the region.

Job:

  1. Develop and execute the Food Service business strategy, including value proposition, pricing, segmentation, and territory expansion.

  2. Build and lead the Food Service organization, including hiring and managing sales, KAMs, customer service, and logistics roles.

  3. Own the division's full P&L, ensuring healthy margins, credit control, and strong inventory turnover.

  4. Design and optimize operations & logistics, including delivery routes, SLAs, warehouse adaptation, and complaint handling.

  5. Drive commercial growth, acquiring key HORECA accounts and scaling revenue to targeted levels.

  6. Establish KPIs, processes, and sales discipline, including CRM usage, weekly operating rhythm, and SOPs.

  7. Lead product and category development, selecting and managing Food Service–specific SKUs aligned with customer needs.

What we're looking for

  1. 8–15 years of experience in Food Service or HORECA distribution in Indonesia, ideally from structured companies.

  2. Proven track record building or scaling a Food Service / B2B sales organization to significant revenue levels.

  3. Strong commercial and financial acumen, including margin management and P&L ownership.

  4. Established relationships with hotel groups, restaurant chains, chefs, and F&B directors.

  5. Demonstrated ability to recruit, manage, and develop high-performing commercial teams.

  6. Strong negotiation skills, pricing sense, and deep understanding of the HORECA customer mindset.

  7. Hands-on, entrepreneurial, adaptable personality with high integrity and leadership discipline.
