We're Hiring: Group Head Traditional Channel (BOD-2)

Our client
a major Indonesian telecommunications operator
, We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Group Head Traditional Channel ( BOD-2). The ideal candidate will orchestrate and enhance traditional channel operations and strategies to optimize footprint, drive sales growth, and ensure standardized processes and compliance, while maintaining service quality and digital integration across all traditional networks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement distribution and promoter strategies to increase foot traffic and optimize channel footprint.
  • Lead governance of channel partner performance, ROI, and compliance, ensuring standardized processes and service quality. \
  • Develop digital business requirements for internal and external-facing applications (Sidompul, AXIAP, WG Axis) to support channel efficiency.
  • Align traditional channel operations with overall commercial objectives and cross-functional priorities for integrated execution.
  • Enhance training frameworks and operational standards to strengthen partner capabilities and customer experience.

Key Output:

  • Comprehensive traditional channel strategy and execution plan that drives sales growth and footprint optimization.
  • Standardized governance framework ensuring partner compliance, ROI tracking, and service quality across traditional networks.
  • Digital integration roadmap and requirements that enable operational efficiency and improved partner engagement.

Internal Key Contacts & Relationship:

  • Collaborate with Group Heads of Modern Channel & eCommerce, Channel Planning & Ops, and Direct Channel to ensure integrated execution across all channel types.

External Key Contacts & Relationship:

  • Engage with distribution partners, promoters, and retail operators to manage performance, resolve operational issues, and optimize channel execution.
  • Interface with training providers and consultants to strengthen channel capability development.

Qualification:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field (required); a master's degree in Business Administration is (preferred).
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive in channel operations, distribution management, or retail strategy.
