We're Hiring: Group Head Modern Channel

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Group Head Modern Channel for our client in the Telecommunication industry to lead and integrate modern trade and digital commerce strategies across physical and online channels to achieve a unified customer experience, sales growth, and optimized partner collaboration, while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

Role:
Group Head Modern Channel (Telecommunication industry)

Main Responsibility:

  • Formulate and execute modern trade and e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth and strengthen market presence.
  • Integrate physical and online channels to deliver a seamless customer experience and unified commercial execution.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with retailers, e-commerce platforms, and fintech providers to expand distribution and payment ecosystems.
  • Enhance digital capabilities and define business requirements for online platforms and partner integrations.
  • Ensure governance of partner performance, compliance, and service quality across all modern and digital channels.

Key Output:

  • Comprehensive modern trade and e-commerce strategy that drives sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Integrated physical and online channel framework delivering consistent customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Strong partnerships and digital enablement initiatives that optimize channel performance and expand market reach.

Internal Key Contacts & Relationship:

  • Collaborate with Group Heads of Channel Planning & Ops, Traditional Channel Ops, and Direct Channel to integrate physical and online channels for a unified customer experience.

External Key Contacts & Relationship:

  • Engage with modern trade retailers, e-commerce platforms, and fintech partners to negotiate agreements and manage performance.

Qualification:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field (required); a master's degree in Business Administration is (preferred).
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive in modern trade, e-commerce, or channel management.
