Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to manage procurement activities for construction and property management projects. This role is responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate purchasing documentation to support smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Handle procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services.
  • Prepare and process Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and quotations.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure materials are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
  • Coordinate closely with site teams, project managers, and accounting.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and delivery notes.
  • Monitor stock levels and support material planning for ongoing projects.
  • Assist in cost control and supplier performance evaluation.
  • Prepare daily and weekly procurement reports when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Purchasing Officer, preferably in construction or property management.
  • Educational background in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Familiar with procurement processes, documentation, and vendor management.
  • Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic purchasing systems.
  • Willing to work full-time and be based in Bali.
