Responbilities:

The Business Development Department Head is responsible for managing and coordinating the company's business development activities at the departmental level. This role focuses on identifying and assessing new business opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, and supporting strategic collaborations to drive revenue growth. The position also monitors the development of existing business portfolios, prepares business proposals, and works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Finance, or Marketing.
  • 8–10 years' experience in Business Development, incl. 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong skills in business planning, feasibility studies, and market analysis.
  • Experience in partnership building and project execution.
  • Knowledge of property/industrial estate sector is an advantage.
  • Good leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
