About the role

Kisai Entertainment is seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team in West Jakarta, Jakarta. As a Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives. This full-time position offers the chance to contribute to the expansion and success of our dynamic entertainment organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise the operational and sales team to ensure efficient business operations
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the CEO or Head of Production
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to provide insights that support business decision-making
  • Identify emerging trends in the webtoon and entertainment industries, as well as the tech industry to uncover new business opportunities
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing and its role in supporting business growth and brand visibility, particularly within the webtoon and digital content industry.
  • Track progress and help ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines
  • Help prepare reports, strategic documents, and internal presentations
  • Act as the communication liaison within the division and with other departments
  • Assist in coordinating internal tasks and supporting the execution of division-specific initiatives
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of project documentation and performance metrics
  • Be open to taking on tasks outside of the main responsibilities when needed to support overall business activities.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum D3/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
  • Thorough understanding of financial statements to assess overall business' financial health.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Well-organized with good time management and attention to detail
  • Able to prepare clear reports, presentations, and internal documents
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • 2 years of experience in administrative or operational roles is preferred
