Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Officer, based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The Business Development Officer will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategies to achieve growth targets, and build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Additionally, they will analyze market trends, evaluate financial data to support informed decision-making, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the business lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development with a strong ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Strong Analytical Skills with experience in evaluating data and market trends for strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of Finance to support decision-making and understand financial implications.
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective client engagement and relationship-building.
  • Strong Customer Service skills to deliver an exceptional client experience and maintain positive rapport with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Prior experience in a business development or sales role preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is advantageous.
