About the customer:

Our customer is a developer of an exclusive luxury villa resort located in the southern part of Lombok, offering a tranquil and high-end retreat amidst lush tropical landscapes. The resort, recognized as one of the best in Indonesia, caters to an international clientele and spans approximately 130 hectares of land with around 20 architect-designed villas, each blending seamlessly with the surrounding environment.

About this Position:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to oversee and manage all financial operations for the group. The Head of Finance will be responsible for leading the finance department, driving financial performance, and providing leadership and direction on financial matters. This role requires a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and leadership, with a deep understanding of business operations and the ability to collaborate with other department heads to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure financial stability and growth.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's long-term objectives.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to guide key business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure the company's financial health.
• Establish financial policies and procedures to maintain controls, minimize financial risks, and ensure compliance.
• Report financial performance to the executive team and stakeholders, including preparing financial statements, reports, and presentations.
• Lead financial due diligence and support business development efforts such as mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
• Collaborate with other executives and department heads to align financial goals with overall business strategy.
• Stay up to date on financial regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure the company's financial operations remain competitive and compliant.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA is a plus).
• Proven experience in a senior financial management role such as Finance Director, Head of Finance, or similar, with at least 8 years of experience in finance.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with financial reporting, compliance, and risk management.
• Ability to lead and motivate a finance team while fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of international financial regulations and taxes in Indonesia (if applicable).

Housing : This position is on-site in Lombok, and housing will be provided

Salary : Client budget for this position is between Rp to Rp jt net per month
