Business Function
Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service and support to a diverse portfolio of corporate banking clients
  • Assist in the onboarding and maintenance of client accounts, ensuring seamless transactions and compliance with bank policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for growth
  • Proactively monitor client accounts and portfolios, and recommend solutions to optimize client experience
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of client-centric initiatives and process improvements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions
  • Proficient in the use of relevant banking and client relationship management software
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining a high level of professionalism
