DBSI T&O is the backbone that supports the bank as the central of operations and technology. With the spirit of OneTeam and PRIDE Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W).

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized operational support and account services to corporate banking clients, ensuring seamless and efficient account management
  • Assist in the onboarding and maintenance of corporate client accounts, including account opening, documentation, and ongoing account servicing
  • Collaborate with various teams within the bank to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely and accurate responses
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to enhance client experience and operational efficiency
  • Participate in the analysis and reporting of account-related data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
  • Continuously stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance and provide relevant guidance to clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleague and Businnes Unit/Support Unit
  • Proficient in using relevant banking systems and software applications
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to process improvements
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
