Senior Investment Banking Officer

Job Descrition :

  • Initiate & assist to build long-term relationships with clients & prospect clients and manage accounts
  • Be knowledgeable on the relevant industries in Indonesia, its players and their shareholders
  • Have a working relationship with the banks operating in Indonesia, both domestic & foreign banks (preference, has corporate banking experience between 6-8 years
  • Have capability to identify and segregate risk / challenges and potential opportunities
  • Able to discern clients' problems and offer innovative solutions to meet clients requirements and more
  • Well-verse in drafting term sheets & proposals (word), presentations (power point) & financial models (excel)
  • Able to analyze industry stats and data for industry trends, competition and areas of opportunity
  • Drive best practices and help ensure adherence to firm policies
  • Provide investment advisory services on all asset classes and help clients to improve their overall asset allocation add value to their portfolios
  • Ability to conduct cross sell across products that the Company has to the clients for solutions

Qualification

  • Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance/Accounting or other related fields
  • Have WPEE license
  • Have a proven experience as Corporate Banking Relationship Manager or finance advisory or investment banking or corporate finance.
  • Min. of 6 years in investment banking or corporate banking
  • Good English both oral and written
