We're seeking for the role of :

A. Investment Banking Senior Associate

Role Description

  • Able to lead and responsible for a projects
  • Researched companies profiles and managed pitching proposal to capture potential clients
  • Experiencing engage and originated projects, including sell-side and buy-side M&A, debt restructuring, debt and equity financing
    and originated deals especially capital market deals
  • Experience in M&A deals from end-to-end process, including due diligence management, generate financial model and valuations, developing reports, negotiation, and presentation, and assisted in the preparation of transaction documents

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Financial Modeling, Valuation Analysis, and Data Analytics
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Industry Analysis, and Report Creation
  • Proficiency in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking Concepts, and Transaction Execution
  • Strong Communication, Client Relationship Management, and Team Collaboration skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) are a plus
  • Relevant work experience in investment banking or financial services is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage

B. Investment Banking Junior and or Intern

Role Description

  • Assist in preparing pitch books, financial models, and valuation analyses.
  • Support senior bankers in executing M&A, capital raising, and advisory transactions.
  • Conduct industry and company research to support business development and deal structuring.
  • Prepare transaction-related documentation and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (clients, legal advisors, auditors, etc.).
  • Monitor financial markets and relevant economic development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply; relevant internship or prior experience in finance is a plus.
