Role Description

This full-time on-site Relationship Manager role is based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs, and offering tailored banking products and solutions. Your daily tasks will include portfolio management, client acquisition, conducting financial assessments, and cross-selling financial products and services. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, enhance service quality, and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to manage and develop client relationships effectively.
  • Knowledge of financial products, banking services, and understanding of corporate banking or SME sectors.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, portfolio management, and identifying client needs to devise tailored solutions.
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and adaptability to work in a dynamic financial environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; prior experience in banking or financial services is an advantage.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service and achieving business objectives.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with teams to meet client requirements and organizational goals.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
