Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Client Relation Staff role based in South Jakarta. The individual will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, addressing inquiries or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction, and delivering top-tier customer support. Day-to-day tasks include fostering effective communication between the company and its clients, handling inquiries, and actively contributing to building long-term client trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Customer satisfaction and support skills to handle inquiries and provide excellent service
  • Experience in client relations and managing customer interactions effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Knowledge or interest in trading and finance is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
