Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries of their shipment

  1. Deliver fast and excellent solution to customers.

  2. Establish and maintain relationship with customers.

  3. Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.

  4. Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.

  5. Well organized, capable and practiced in handling complex and multifaceted tasks.

  6. Selecting import services and explaining the best solution to solve the problem

  7. Expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure solution.

  8. Responsible for preparing & checking documents and reports on import activities to customers.

  9. Coordinate with agents related to import and forwarding activities.

  10. Good decision making and problem solve skill.

  11. Attracts potential customers by answering product and services questions, suggesting information about other products and services.

  12. Resolve customers problem related export and import clearance

Job Qualification (Skillsets):

  1. Min. S1

  2. Have PPJK certificate can be added value

  3. Familiar with transportation and forwarding services for export and import.

  4. Have a good knowledge related export and import customs regulations

  5. Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

  6. Having strong and well develop communication and interpersonal skill.

  7. Good communication skill, well organized, high motivation, good analytical thinking.

  8. Pleasant personality, tight in follow up and detail oriented.

  9. Has ability multitasking person.
