Job Descriptions :

  1. Handling inbound inquiries from overseas customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
  2. Providing accurate information about our shipping services, processes, and policies
  3. Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and resolution of any issues or concerns
  4. Collaborating with the import/export and customs clearance teams to facilitate seamless service delivery
  5. Negotiation and communication with Agent and Shipper to arrange export-import delivery schedules
  6. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  4. Familiarity with import/export procedures and customs clearance processes
