Position: Customer Service – Automotive Showroom (MOI, Kelapa Gading)

What You'll Do:
  • Be the first point of contact, greeting customers with a warm smile and professional service
  • Share key information about our showroom, vehicle models, and after-sales services
  • Connect customers with our Sales team for in-depth consultations, pricing, and promotions
  • Assist customers in viewing or experiencing our stunning display vehicles
  • Keep the front desk and vehicle display area looking impeccable at all times
  • Handle phone calls and messages professionally
  • Support seamless teamwork between Sales, Admin, and Service teams during peak hours
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum High School graduate or equivalent
  • Presentable, neat, and professional appearance
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
  • Willing to be stationed at MOI, Kelapa Gading
  • Preferably residing in or near North Jakarta
  • Prior experience in customer service or automotive industry is a plus
