Tanggung Jawab :

  • Menangani pertanyaan dan keluhan customer
  • Melayani para customer dan memberikan segala informasi produk dan layanan yang ditawarkan
  • Bertindak sebagai penghubung antara pelanggan dengan perusahaan
  • Membantu mengatasi keluhan, pesanan, kesalahan atau error, tagihan, pembatalan dan berbagai jenis pertanyaan lainnya
  • Menyimpan catatan interaksi dengan customer, transaksi, komentar dan keluhan
  • Melakukan komunikasi dan koordinasi dengan client/customer jika diperlukan
  • Memberikan umpan balik tentang efisiensi pelayanan customer yang telah diberikan
