Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role with flexibility for some remote work, for a Chat Support role.

Chat Support will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as:

  • Provide support through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) to assist customers with inquiries and issues related to POS software usage
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and policies.
  • Assist customers with order tracking, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Escalate complex cases to the relevant department while ensuring proper follow-up.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented responses
  • Document interactions and feedback to support continuous service improvement

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field (Information Technology, Management, or other relevant disciplines).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer support or customer service, preferably in a technology company or POS system industry.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Basic understanding of hardware and software technology, especially POS systems.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, will be an advantage.
