Job Descriptions:

  • Assisting the sales team with the preparation of offers, customer data analysis, and smooth sales activities.
  • Supporting smooth operations in various divisions (export-import, port agency, liner agency) and ensure the completeness of operational documents.
  • Communicate with clients/customers, vendors, principals, vendors and stakeholders regarding import-export services, operational, and problem solving.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Have minimal 1 year of experience working as Sales Support / Sales Admin / Customer Service at Insurance or Credit company
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa and English with cross department, stakeholders, principals and vendors. Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus
  • Excellent administration skills and ability to create comprehensive and detail reports
  • Attention to details, good time management and multitask, able to work with minimum supervision, dynamic person and team player, proactive, eager to explore and learn new things, and flexible to work outside working hours
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and willing to work on the weekends
