Job Responsibilities:

· Develop, test, and maintain software or web applications according to company needs.

· Collaborate with other teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems.

· Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

· Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.

Requirements:

· Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Proficient in English (both spoken and written).

· 3–5 years of experience in programming or software development (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).

· Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Java, PHP, Python, JavaScript, or C#.

· Familiar with database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).

· Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) is a plus.

· Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

· Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

· Able to work both independently and in a team environment.

· Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

· Experience with API integration or backend development.

Additional:

· Willing to participate in a two-stage interview process

· Able to complete an IT knowledge assessment

· Willing to take a test assignment

· Capable of conducting interviews in English
