About the Role:

Reporting to the Quotations Supervisor. Working and liaising with Sales teams across the Globe for preparation travel/tour itinerary. Daily target will be assigned for this role. This role will be based in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

  • Research all destinations to plan, coordinate and accurate cost tour itineraries for clients.
  • Provide suitable recommendations to clients in the preparation of the travel/tour itinerary.
  • Build and maintain good client relationship.
  • Priorities daily work as necessary.
  • Ensure turnaround quotations within deadline given.
  • Reply all messages within 24 hours.
  • Be Able to work in a team and a collaborative environment.

Requirements:

  • Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or Mandarin Literature.
  • Skill of speak Mandarin fluently and can read either traditional and simplified Chinese
    (MUST)
  • Oral and written skill of English
    (MUST)
  • Common to work with computer system (non web) is preferable
  • 2 years of working experience (preferred), but Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Good communication skills
