Tugas dan tanggung jawab :

  1. Memonitor, men-support, memberikan feedback & mengevaluasi eksekusi semua aktivitas promosi & NED yang dilakukan tim Sales di Region
  2. Memonitor & mengevaluasi NPL & existing product performance (Sales, Product & Promotion) bersama dengan tim Sales.
  3. Berkolaborasi dengan tim Sales dalam melakukan pengembangan potensi market.
  4. Melakukan Market visit, menganalisa & menyiapkan report Market visit mengenai aktivitas kompetitor & product performance.
  5. Me-manage penggunaan POSM dengan menentukan jumlah POSM yang dibutuhkan, mendistribusikan ke sales team dan memonitor eksekusi penggunaan POSM.

Requirement :

  1. Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 (lima) tahun di area Customer Marketing atau area yang berkaitan, seperti Sales Operation, Trade Marketing dan/atau Channel development.
  2. Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di industri FMCG, khususnya di Food & Beverage. Memiliki pengalaman handle multi-kategori  akan menjadi nilai tambah.
  3. Menguasai bisnis proses Sales Operation dan memiliki wawasan luas terkait perusahaan makanan dan minuman serta bisnis proses distribusi.
  4. Mampu melihat potensi market & mengembangkan customer & stakeholder (level customer, depo & region)
  5. Memiliki komunikasi & koordinasi yang baik dengan user di berbagai level dalam organisasi perusahaan.
  6. Menguasai Microsoft office (minimal microsoft Excel dan power point).
  7. Memiliki kemampuan analisa data terkait kondisi di lapangan
  8. Bersedia ditempatkan di Yogyakarta.
