We are a consulting firm specializing in consultancy, training, and system development aligned with ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards. In essence, we help clients implement ISO standards and achieve certification. Based in Yogyakarta, we operate as a B2B business and have successfully assisted over 300 organizations in the past five years.

Customer Relationship Specialist (B2B Sales)

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with potential clients
  • Conduct initial meetings with potential clients to evaluate deals
  • Identify additional business opportunities and future prospects with existing clients
  • Planning marketing program
  • Achieve B2B sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in business, marketing, or a related area)
  • Have experience as a Sales Specialist,  Customer Success Manager, or in a similar sales role is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus
  • Willingness to be placed in Yogyakarta
