Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Specialist located in Sleman,Yogyakarta. The role involves managing and resolving customer inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service experiences, and ensuring seamless communication through various channels. Responsibilities also include assisting with sales-related tasks to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Customer Experience and understanding customer needs
  • Demonstrated ability with Phone Etiquette and effective communication over calls
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on client care
  • Experience in sales or similar customer-focused roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field preferred
