Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Healthcare Specialist based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, providing appropriate medical care, and assisting with emergency medical treatments. The role includes patient communication, coordination with healthcare teams, and implementing training programs to ensure the highest level of patient care and safety. The specialist will also participate in maintaining healthcare records and adhering to medical and organizational protocols.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) practices and basic medicine
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience working in healthcare environments and delivering patient care
  • Capability to develop and deliver training on healthcare-related procedures and practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications or licensure in healthcare or medical practices
  • Familiarity with updated medical protocols and willingness to continue professional development
  • Fluency in both local language and English is a plus
