  1. Pendidikan

  2. Minimal S1 Teknik Industri / Teknik Sipil / Manajemen / Logistik atau jurusan terkait.

  3. Sertifikasi terkait PPIC, Supply Chain Management, atau Manajemen Logistik menjadi nilai tambah.

  4. Pengalaman Kerja

  5. Pengalaman minimal 1–3 tahun sebagai PPIC atau posisi terkait di industri konstruksi / manufaktur / EPC.

  6. Berpengalaman dalam pengelolaan material proyek, gudang, dan distribusi ke lokasi proyek.
  7. Memahami alur supply chain proyek konstruksi (procurement – warehouse – site).
  8. Mampu melakukan monitoring penggunaan material di proyek.

  9. Inventory & Warehouse Control

  10. Menguasai sistem inventory control, stock opname, dan FIFO/FEFO.

  11. Berpengalaman mengelola gudang material konstruksi (besi, beton, MEP, finishing).
  12. Mampu mengendalikan material slow moving, fast moving, dan critical item.

  13. Koordinasi & Komunikasi

  14. Mampu berkoordinasi dengan tim Project, Procurement, Engineering, Warehouse, dan Finance.

  15. Mampu menjembatani kebutuhan proyek dengan ketersediaan material dan jadwal pengadaan.
  16. Terampil dalam komunikasi dan negosiasi dengan supplier dan internal tim.

  17. Analisis & Pelaporan

  18. Mampu membuat laporan perencanaan material, stok, pemakaian, dan deviasi.

  19. Mampu menganalisis data untuk mencegah kelebihan stok atau kekurangan material.
  20. Teliti dalam administrasi dan dokumentasi.

  21. Penguasaan Sistem & Software

  22. Menguasai Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) dan tools analisis data.

  23. Berpengalaman menggunakan ERP / sistem inventory (SAP, Odoo, Accurate, atau sejenis).
  24. Mampu membaca schedule proyek (MS Project/Primavera) menjadi nilai tambah.
