A Bali based Business Development Group is looking for a Videographer & Video Editor to join their team to support their brands' projects.

The ideal candidate is a highly creative and technically skilled videographer/editor with a strong eye for storytelling, composition, and brand identity. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working across multiple brands, and bring fresh visual ideas to every project. You are organised, adaptable, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing several projects at once whether shooting on location, directing talent, or editing polished video assets. A team player with strong communication skills, you take feedback well and consistently deliver high-quality work.

Requirement:

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (portfolio required).
  • Strong proficiency with professional camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio tools.
  • Skilled in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Solid understanding of composition, lighting, pacing, and storytelling.
  • Ability to adapt visual style to different brand identities.
  • Highly organised with excellent file management habits.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to take direction well.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively depending on project needs.
  • Up-to-date with visual trends, social media formats, and content styles.
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Shoot high-quality video content for a variety of brand projects, from concept shoots to on-location productions.
  • Suggest creative angles, dynamic shots, and fresh visual concepts to elevate storytelling.
  • Operate cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment confidently across multiple production environments.
  • Capture supporting footage such as B-roll, behind-the-scenes content, and social media clips when required.
  • Edit videos end-to-end: cutting, sequencing, color grading, audio balancing, adding text, animations, and transitions.
  • Deliver clean, engaging, and brand-aligned final outputs for multiple platforms (social media, campaigns, ads, etc.).
  • Apply visual consistency across all brands under the company.
  • Understand creative briefs and translate concepts into compelling visual executions.
  • Adapt creative style to match the unique identity, tone, and messaging of each brand.
  • Stay updated with current videography and editing trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Work closely with producers, creatives, and marketing teams to align on project goals.
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with all team members and collaborators.
  • Manage time efficiently across multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Accept feedback constructively and revise work quickly and accurately.
  • Organise and maintain all media assets according to internal file management standards.
