Studio Videographer

Our client, a fast-growing creative podcast studio based in Pererenan, is seeking a talented Studio Videographer & Video Editor to join their dynamic team.

The ideal candidate is a highly creative, proactive, and technically skilled videographer who thrives in a fast-paced studio environment. They have strong visual storytelling ability, solid hands-on experience with cameras, lighting, and audio, and the agility to shoot and edit content with speed and precision.

Requirements:

• Open for local candidates.
• Proven experience in videography and video editing (studio experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of lighting, audio equipment, and camera operations.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Ability to shoot and edit fast-paced, high-quality short-form content.
• Familiarity with social media content formats and trends.
• Strong creative storytelling skills with an eye for aesthetics.
• Warm, friendly, and confident in working directly with clients.
• Highly organised with excellent time management.
• Able to handle multiple shoot days and parallel projects efficiently.
• Quick, responsive, and able to adapt to changes and feedback swiftly.
• Basic English proficiency for communication with international clients.
• Proactive, positive, and eager to contribute new ideas.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passionate about content creation, trends, and modern visual styles.

Responsibilities:

• Film podcast episodes and studio content with high-quality visuals and audio.
• Set up and operate lighting, cameras, microphones, and studio equipment.
• Ensure all recordings meet professional production standards.
• Record behind-the-scenes content using a phone for TikTok, Reels, and other platforms.
• Help generate fun, dynamic, and engaging content to promote the studio.
• Edit short-form content for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Ensure edits reflect the company's fresh, bold, and innovative brand identity.
• Apply fast-paced, modern editing techniques aligned with current social media trends.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions quickly and professionally.
• Work closely with podcast clients to understand their creative vision.
• Offer creative suggestions to elevate production quality.
• Maintain warm, attentive, client-friendly communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Organise media assets and maintain internal file management standards.
• Ensure consistent quality, branding, and visual style across all projects.
• Stay updated on social media trends, editing techniques, and podcast production styles.
• Bring fresh ideas to enhance the company's creative output and studio presence.
