A dynamic property investment and finance group based in Bali is looking for a highly experienced and visionary Art Director to join their team immediately.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in global lifestyle, hospitality, or editorial branding. This role will lead the visual direction and creative execution for the company and its affiliated brands, playing a central role in shaping how they present their projects to the world.

You'll work at the intersection of real estate, design, luxury travel, and brand development, bringing to life campaigns and assets that resonate with high-net-worth investors, partners, and guests.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Minimum 8+ years experience in art direction, visual branding, or creative leadership.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating high-end lifestyle, hospitality, or editorial design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Proven experience leading creative campaigns for global or regional brands.
  • Strong knowledge of branding systems, typography, and layout across print and digital.
  • Ability to manage creative timelines and quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communicator who can present and defend creative decisions to leadership and partners.
  • Prior work with luxury hotels/resorts, lifestyle brands, F&B groups, or fashion media.
  • Background in creative agencies, luxury magazine publishing, or boutique hospitality branding.
  • Strong storytelling sensibility with experience in brand development and identity rollouts.
  • Comfortable with video direction, campaign photography, and premium content production.
  • Experience with co-branded collaboration workflows and brand compliance.
  • Based in Bali or open to relocation.
  • A passion for blending design, architecture, and experiential hospitality.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain compelling visual identities for the company, and upcoming F&B/lifestyle brands, ensuring global consistency, editorial flair, and emotional appeal.
  • Conceptualise and execute multi-platform creative for marketing campaigns, sales launches, brand decks, investor packs, videos, and digital ads.
  • Direct internal designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies to produce premium-quality assets aligned with brand strategy.
  • Set and enforce design standards that reflect high-end lifestyle, fashion, and hospitality aesthetics taking inspiration from luxury magazines, boutique hotels, and global design studios.
  • Oversee creative asset development including photography, renderings, brochures, video content, and presentation decks.
  • Liaise with global branding partners and future collaborators to ensure brand alignment, campaign synergy, and a polished, co-branded presence.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, investor relations, architecture & design, and production teams to ensure creative alignment across all channels.
