The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a deep understanding of fashion, culture, and retail trends, capable of translating business goals into compelling creative strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement.

Requirement :

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).

  • ⁠Familiarity with emerging technologies (AI design tools, 3D modeling, AR/VR retail)

Responsibilities :

  • Define and elevate the brand's visual identity and tone across all channels (stores, e-commerce, packaging, campaigns, social media, etc.).
  • ⁠Partner with executive leadership to align creative direction with company goals, target market, and growth strategy.
  • ⁠Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and product initiatives.
  • ⁠Lead, inspire, and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team (designers, photographers, stylists, copywriters, etc.).
  • ⁠Oversee concept development, campaign creation, seasonal lookbooks, and product presentation.
  • ⁠Collaborate closely with the merchandising, marketing, and product design teams to ensure cohesive storytelling from concept to consumer.
  • Guide the apparel design team on seasonal collections, colour stories, and materials to ensure brand alignment and market relevance.
  • Stay ahead of fashion trends, cultural movements, and competitor activity to inspire innovation.
  • Shape the in-store and online brand experience through creative visual merchandising, packaging, and digital content.
  • ⁠Oversee creative aspects of retail displays, store layouts, and campaign rollouts.
  • ⁠Manage creative budgets, timelines, and production processes to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • ⁠Approve final creative assets and provide feedback at key review stages.
