We are looking for a Head of Finance & Accounting to lead our financial operations and support the company's growth towards IPO. This role will oversee both finance and accounting functions to ensure accurate reporting, healthy cash flow, and strong business decisions.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum GPA of 3.6.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  3. Knowledge of Indonesia's statutory law, financial and taxation regulations, and relevant authorities.
  4. Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  5. Experience with accounting systems is a plus, preferably Xero.
  6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  7. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Job Description:

  1. Lead end-to-end budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and statutory reporting to the group.
  2. Manage and oversee accounting operations and records.
  3. Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
  4. Monitor company performance and provide analysis for management.
  5. Prepare financial reports and documents for investors and IPO readiness.
  6. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial partners.
