Job Description

We are looking for a highly capable and experienced
Head of Accounting
to lead our accounting function and ensure the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of all financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in auditing—preferably from a Public Accounting Firm (KAP)—and a deep understanding of regulatory reporting requirements for
Bank Indonesia (BI)
and
OJK
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the accounting team in preparing accurate and timely financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS) and financial service industry regulations.
  • Oversee internal and external audits; coordinate with auditors and follow up on findings.
  • Prepare and review regulatory reports required by
    Bank Indonesia (BI)
    and
    OJK
    , ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with finance, compliance, and risk teams to maintain data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 3 years of audit experience, preferably in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP).
  • Experience in the financial services sector
    (banking, fintech, multi-finance, or insurance).
  • Strong understanding of BI and OJK reporting requirements
    , including how to prepare and review audit or regulatory reports.
  • In-depth knowledge of PSAK, IFRS, and financial regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • CPA or CA certification is a strong advantage.
