  4. Memiliki kemampuan dalam Analisis Pasar dan Riset Konsumen yang Kuat.

  5. Memiliki kemampuan Komunikasi yang Baik, dan Aktif Berbahasa Inggis secara Lisan maupun Tulisan.

  6. Memiliki Kompetensi dalam Presentasi dan Negosiasi.

  7. Terbiasa mengoperasikan Ms. Office.

  8. Bersedia untuk penempatan di Surabaya - Jawa Timur

DESKRIPSI:

A. Brand Strategy Development & Budgeting


• Membangun dan mengimplementasikan brand strategy yang komprehensif, dan selaras dengan obyektif perusahaan dan market trend.


• Merumuskan, membangun, dan mempertahankan brand positioning di seluruh media komunikasi dan sales channels.


• Merumuskan dan mengevaluasi Brand Identitiy, termasuk logo, kemasan, dan aset visual lainnya.


• Berperan untuk Mencapai Brand Performance yang dapat diukur melalui perangkat analisis yang memungkinkan dilaksanakan pada konteks perusahaan dan periode tertentu.


• Mengelola budget dan alokasi sumber daya yang efektif untuk memaksimalkan pencapaian ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment).

B. Marketing Research


• Mengarahkan dan melakukan marketing research dan analisa (baik market, consumer dan kompetitor) untuk mengidentifikasi peluang dan ancaman sehingga membantu pengambilan keputusan.

C. Product Management (Includng Product Development & Launch)


• Berkolaborasi dengan cross-functional team untuk merumuskan dan mengawasi product development, desain packaging dan product launching.


• Mengelola product life-cycle, mulai dari concept development, product launching dan post launching baik untuk produk eksisting, produk baru maupun peremajaan produk.


• Mencapai, mengoptimasi, dan mengawasi kinerja produk, dan pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan data yang akurat.

D. Marketing Communication


• Membuat  perencanaan dan pelaksanaan yang efektif dari 360-degree marketing communication yang dapat mendorong Brand Awareness dan penjualan, termasuk digital, print, media outdoor, in-store promotion.


• Mengevaluasi dan menelusuri campaign performance melalui ukuran key metrics yang telah dirumuskan dan disepakati.

E. Brand Relationships (including Brand-Customer Engagement)


• Melakukan kolaborasi dengan berbagai brand stakeholders untuk mengimplementasi berbagai inisiatif atau program marketing, baik kepada mitra internal seperti sales, R&D, Manufaktur, employee perusahaan secara umum dan lainnya, maupun mitra eksternal seperti Retailers, Media agency, EO, dan supplier lainnya.


• Membangun customer database yang efektif, sehingga dapat dilakukan berbagai analisa pelanggan yang diperlukan dalam pengambilan keputusan maupun pelaksanaan Customer Engagement.
