About the role

Join our dynamic team as the Brand Activation Manager, a leading provider of premium konjac products in Indonesia. In this full-time role based in Surabaya, East Java, you will play a crucial part in driving the brand's visibility and engagement with our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive brand activation strategies to effectively promote our products and increase brand awareness
  2. Organise and oversee engaging marketing events, in-store promotions, and experiential campaigns to connect with target consumers
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and assets that align with the brand's messaging and identity
  4. Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance to optimise our brand activation efforts
  5. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners and influencers, to amplify our brand's reach
  6. Monitor budgets and ensure efficient utilisation of resources for all brand activation initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing activation, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry
  2. Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behaviour, and effective marketing campaign execution
  3. Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  4. Demonstrated creativity and flair for developing engaging, innovative brand experiences
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  6. A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
