Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy across digital, retail, PR, and experiential to drive brand growth and visibility.
  • Brand Building: Define and strengthen Rosé All Day's brand identity across all touchpoints — from campaign narratives to visual guidelines.
  • Campaign Development: Spearhead creative 360° campaigns for product launches and seasonal promotions, integrating social, digital, influencer, PR, and retail efforts.
  • Team Management: Oversee and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Social Media, KOL, PR, eCommerce, Offline Sales) to execute high-impact initiatives.
  • Consumer Insights: Analyze consumer behavior and trends to inform content direction, product positioning, and channel strategies.
  • Content Oversight: Guide the content pipeline — from ideation to publication — ensuring consistency in voice and visual storytelling across channels.
  • Budget Management: Own and optimize the marketing budget, tracking performance and ROI across all initiatives.
  • Partnerships & PR: Build strategic brand partnerships and media relationships to amplify reach and credibility.
  • Market Expansion: Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align marketing efforts with retail expansion (online & offline).
  • Performance Tracking: Measure and report on campaign effectiveness and brand health metrics; course-correct where needed.

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of progressive marketing experience in beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in brand building, digital marketing, influencer/KOL strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Experience managing creative and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent understanding of Gen Z and Millennial consumer behavior, especially in Indonesia.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • A collaborative and creative spirit who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
