Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru for a Growth Campaign Manager. The role involves planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals. Responsibilities include designing and implementing campaign strategies, managing projects from start to finish, liaising with different teams for seamless campaign execution, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize outcomes. Additionally, the manager will collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance results and achieve key performance indicators.

Qualifications

  • Strong capabilities in Campaign Management and Campaign Strategy creation to drive brand growth
  • Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Project Management and organizational abilities for overseeing multiple campaigns
  • Experience in Sales and collaboration with sales teams for campaign alignment and increased impact
  • Analytical skills to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in the F&B industry or a similar fast-paced environment is a plus
  • Proactive mindset, adaptability, and ability to work in a dynamic team environment
