Senior Social Media Specialist

We're looking for a Social Media Specialist who understands how to turn ideas into content that connects. In this role, you'll help shape and execute strategies across multiple platforms, working closely with our creative and content teams to build campaigns that are thoughtful, relevant, and on-brand for each client.

What You'll Do

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, to enhance client campaigns.
• Plan, curate, and create engaging social media strategies and content across multiple platforms, that reflects client branding, resonates with target audiences, and aligns with broader marketing goals.
• Establish and refine social media guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Lead brand activation initiatives through innovative social media campaigns that foster brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
• Develop visual and narrative storyboards to guide production, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand messaging.
• Monitor, analyze, and provide detailed reports on social media campaign performance, offering actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate closely with design and content teams to ensure cohesive visual consistency and brand identity across all social media channels.
• Conduct thorough competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth within client accounts.
• Stay informed on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually refine and elevate client campaigns.

What You'll bring:

• 4-6 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role in an agency/consultancy environment.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Thrives in a dynamic, target-oriented environment, displaying proactive and driven behavior to surpass results.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Must be available to work on-site at our Setiabudi, Kuningan office in South Jakarta.
