Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Growth Operations Analyst Manager based in Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, with the flexibility to hybrid system. The role involves analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, optimizing sales operational processes, and collaborating across teams to achieve organizational goals. You will focus on sales and marketing operational efficiency, oversee relevant revenue and cost tasks, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimal S1 jurusan Teknik Industri, Statistika, atau Matematika
  • Min 3 tahun di posisi yang sama
    (Data analysis, business intelligence/growth strategy, lebih disukai dalam industri kesehatan, e-commerce/teknologi)
  • Pengalaman bekerja dengan tim sales, marketing, atau product untuk memberikan insight berbasis data guna meningkatkan revenue dan efisiensi operasional
  • Menguasai Ms. Office, Tableau, Google Data Studio, SQL, & Pyhton
  • Memahami teknik forecasting, predictive modeling, dan segmentation analysis

  • Bertanggung jawab dalam penyajian data yang valid dan mudah dipahami oleh seluruh tim, termasuk stakeholders non-teknis
  • Bertanggung jawab melakukan analisis berbasis data dan rekomendasi strategi untuk mendukung performance Growth Team
  • Berkolaborasi dengan seluruh Growth Team untuk membangun Sales Planning yang efektif (sales target and sales forecast)
  • Mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis ketidakefisienan dalam proses bisnis
  • Melakukan inovasi/otomasi/improvement tools/sistem kerja untuk mendukung efisiensi kerja
