Job Description:

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for assisting merchants and customers by providing accurate product information, resolving inquiries and complaints promptly, and ensuring a positive service experience that aligns with company standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and clear information to help merchants and customers understand Qpon's products and services.
  • Handle and resolve merchant and customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Communicate updates on new products, service changes, and promotions.
  • Record and report recurring issues for analysis and propose product or process improvements.
  • Understand Qpon's products and services thoroughly to deliver technical support when needed.
  • Follow standard operating procedures within the customer service function.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of merchant and customer data in accordance with company policy.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions, both internally and externally.
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance using customer feedback and service metrics to enhance quality.
  • Proactively identify potential service issues or complaints and recommend preventive solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Communication, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or customer relations (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and customer service–related social media tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from merchant and customer feedback to improve service quality.
  • Able to join in less than one month.
