Responsibilities
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the wedding and social events segment.
  • Develop strong and lasting relationships with wedding planners, vendors, and clients.
  • Create tailored wedding proposals and packages to meet clients' needs and maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations, banquet, and culinary teams to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on wedding and event trends.
  • Represent the hotel at bridal fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and sales reports.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Wedding Sales roles within a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing the wedding/events segment.
  • Strong network and understanding of the wedding market, including trends and vendor collaborations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
