We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive who can manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing to nurturing ongoing client relationships.
You will work with global clients (US, UK, Singapore, Australia) who need software development teams. Your role is to start conversations, qualify needs, present solutions, and help close deals together with our partner agencies.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, confident, persuasive, and experienced in B2B sales — especially in tech, outsourcing, or digital services.
Key Responsibilities1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify and target potential clients using modern sales tools
- Build and manage outbound outreach via LinkedIn and email
- Qualify cold, warm, and sales-ready leads
Maintain an organised sales pipeline
Lead Qualification
Conduct initial discovery calls
- Understand project needs (scope, tech stack, budget, timeline)
Evaluate fit with our partner agencies
Sales Meetings & Closing
Present HireCredible's value and delivery guarantee
- Coordinate calls between clients & partner agencies
- Prepare and deliver proposals
- Support negotiation and deal closing
Maintain a high closing ratio
Account Management
Maintain long-term client relationships
- Follow up during project delivery (with oversight from the Founder)
- Source repeat work or new opportunities
Requirements
- Based in Batam
- 1–4 years experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Experience with outbound prospecting (cold outreach)
- Comfortable speaking with CEOs, CTOs, founders, and managers
- Strong spoken & written English
- Confidence in sales calls and presentations
- Self-driven, reliable, high integrity
- Familiarity with modern sales tools and CRM usage
- Understanding of general software development terms
Compensation
- Base Salary + Performance Commission: Multi-tier system (high earning potential)
