  • Assist Marketing Manager in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Collaborate closely with the Graphic Designer to conceptualize and develop creative ideas.
  • Managing the hotel's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and key insights.
  • Develop promotional materials for the hotel's offerings, including F&B outlets, wellness and recreation.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with the head office on various marketing initiatives and strategies.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing activities for hotel events, such as weddings, conferences, and special occasions.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Design/video app skills (Canva, Cupcut, etc).
  • Utilize photography and videography skills with mobile phones, cameras, and drones.
  • Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and current trends.
