Recruitment Specialist

Job Responsibilities

  1. Fully understand the company's business and recruitment requirements, be familiar with the company's personnel mechanisms, recruitment system, and recruitment process, and be able to conduct recruitment efficiently;

  2. Make full use of existing recruitment channels (Jobstreet) to obtain candidate resumes, and be able to expand recruitment channels according to the characteristics of the position;

  3. Maintain the recruitment platform, collect and organize candidate resumes, and follow up on the entire recruitment process, including screening resumes and inviting candidates for on-site interviews;

  4. Assist superiors in daily employee training and management.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of full-time recruitment experience;

  2. Outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and high emotional intelligence;

  3. Strong self-motivation, learning ability, stress resistance, and problem-solving skills.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

  1. Memahami sepenuhnya bisnis perusahaan dan persyaratan rekrutmen, memahami mekanisme kepegawaian, sistem rekrutmen, dan proses rekrutmen perusahaan, serta mampu melakukan rekrutmen secara efisien;

  2. Memanfaatkan sepenuhnya saluran rekrutmen yang ada (Jobstreet) untuk mendapatkan resume kandidat, dan mampu memperluas saluran rekrutmen sesuai dengan karakteristik posisi;

  3. Mengelola platform rekrutmen, mengumpulkan dan mengelola resume kandidat, serta menindaklanjuti seluruh proses rekrutmen, termasuk menyaring resume dan mengundang kandidat untuk wawancara di tempat;

  4. Membantu atasan dalam pelatihan dan manajemen karyawan sehari-hari.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

  1. Gelar Sarjana atau lebih tinggi, dengan pengalaman rekrutmen penuh waktu minimal 5 tahun;

  2. Kepribadian yang supel, kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, dan kecerdasan emosional yang tinggi;

  3. Motivasi diri yang kuat, kemampuan belajar, ketahanan stres, dan keterampilan memecahkan masalah.
