Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Tangerang for a Marketing Communication and Partnership specialist in the renowned adult skincare sector. The role entails managing all aspects of marketing communications, coordinating and maintaining media and public relations, crafting impactful press releases, and developing strategic communications plans. Collaboration with internal and external teams to build and maintain partnerships is a key aspect of the role.

Key Responsibilities

1. KOL Management

  • Monitor, guide, and support the performance of the KOL team.
  • Develop KOL strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Manage relationships with Mega and Macro KOLs while ensuring effective campaign execution.

2. Community & Partnership Management

  • Build, manage, and maintain brand communities.
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships to enhance brand presence.
  • Handle cross-brand collaborations when required.

3. Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop end-to-end PR & Marcomm strategies.
  • Execute and oversee campaigns to ensure measurable results.
  • Coordinate PR activities such as publications, events, and brand activations.

4. Monitoring & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign, KOL, and partnership performance.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide improvement recommendations to Brand Marketing.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Marketing Communications and Strategic Communications
  • Strong Communication and Public Relations skills
  • Experience in crafting and distributing compelling Press Releases
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful partnerships
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site office environment in Tangerang
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the skincare or beauty industry is a plus
