We're looking for a passionate and driven Sales with experience in hospitality or villa management to join our team If you love connecting with people, creating strategies, and turning opportunities into bookings, this role is for you

Job Description:

  1. Identify and approach potential clients or agents to promote and rent our villas.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase villa occupancy.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, partners, and travel agencies.
  4. Conduct research and field visits to expand market reach and create new business opportunities.
  5. Manage and update property listings on internal systems and external marketing platforms.
  6. Ensure all property data (photos, descriptions, prices, and availability) are accurate and up to date.
  7. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, chats, or calls from potential guests.
  8. Organize and accompany clients during villa viewings or property inspections.
  9. Prepare and handle administrative documents related to villa leasing, such as contracts, booking forms, and reports.
  10. Assist with daily operational needs to ensure smooth property management and guest satisfaction.
  11. Provide regular performance reports and updates on sales activities and property status.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Management, or related fields.
  2. Proven experience in hospitality sales, especially in villa or property rental.
  3. Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online listing platforms.
  5. Detail-oriented, target-driven, and comfortable working independently or in a team.
  6. Friendly, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent service.
