Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor daily office administration, facilities, and general affairs operations.

  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of office facilities, equipment, and utilities to ensure smooth operations.

  • Manage office assets, inventory, and vendor coordination for procurement and service needs.

  • Oversee building management, cleanliness, security, and office environment standards.

  • Support employee mobility and operational logistics, including vehicle management and office supplies.

  • Handle documentation and reporting related to facilities usage, maintenance schedules, and cost efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and facility management standards.

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of office improvement or relocation projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in General Affairs, Facility Management, or a similar role.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.

  • Good communication and vendor management skills.

  • Able to handle multiple tasks and work under minimum supervision.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with asset management systems.

  • Have good initiative, integrity, and problem-solving ability.
