. We love building cool stuff, telling stories, and pushing visuals to the next level using tools like Unreal Engine. We are not a big corporate giant, and that's the point: we move fast, stay flexible, and bring a lot of heart (and a bit of geekiness) into everything we do.
Role Summary
We are looking for a
Business Development Executive
who "gets" the creative and tech industry. Your main goal is to help Glaid Studio grow by finding clients who need high-quality
3D assets, game development services, or creative digital marketing content
. You will be the bridge between our geeky creative team and the business world.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Expansion & Sales:
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients who need
3D visualization
(e.g., property developers, product brands) or
digital marketing services
. - Explore partnership opportunities for our
Game Development
division (e.g., publishers, outsourcing projects, or collaborative IPs). - Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead generation (LinkedIn, cold emails) to closing the deal.
2. Client Relations:
- Understand client needs and translate them into a brief that our technical team (Artists/Devs) can execute.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat projects and long-term contracts.
3. Strategy & Pitching:
- Create and present decks that showcase Glaid Studio's technical capabilities (Unreal Engine, 3D Modeling, etc.) in a way that business clients understand.
- Analyze market trends in the gaming and digital creative sectors to suggest new revenue streams.
Requirements
- Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
(Experience in a Creative Agency, Tech Studio, or Game Industry is a HUGE plus). - Knowledge:
Basic understanding of the creative industry (what is 3D, what is Game Dev, what is Digital Marketing) so you can sell our services effectively. - Communication:
Fluent in
Indonesian
and proficient in
English
(written and spoken), as we aim for global standards. - Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). - Attitude:
Self-starter, adaptable to a fast-paced/startup environment, and not afraid of targets.
