What You'll Do
We're looking for a
Business Development Lead
with a strong
marketing and agency background
to help us grow our client portfolio and drive new opportunities. This role goes beyond sales; you'll act as a
strategic consultant
, identifying client challenges and proposing
360 digital marketing and full-funnel solutions
that deliver measurable impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead the
end-to-end business development process
, from prospecting to closing new deals. - Act as a
marketing consultant,
understanding client needs, challenges, and goals to craft tailored proposals. - Develop and deliver compelling pitch decks
and presentations in collaboration with the strategy and creative teams. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to campaign execution.
- Track pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business, or Communications
. - 3–5 years of experience
in
Business Development, Account Management, or Sales
, ideally within a
digital marketing or creative agency
. - Deep understanding of
360 digital marketing
and
full-funnel marketing strategies
. - Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, especially in building and delivering pitch decks.
- Strong in
English
, both oral and written. - Must be able to work from our office in
Setiabudi, Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan (Fully-WFO)
.
