Business Development Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Strategically identify new business opportunities and partnerships for E-Commerce and Digital Marketing.
- Create and deliver presentations/pitches to prospective partners/principals, showcasing ORBIZ's added value.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align client acquisition goals.
- Deliver presentations, conduct contract negotiations, and close deals.
- Develop strategies, planning, execution, and evaluation for client acquisition.
- Build strong client relationships to maintain client retention.
- Prepare and submit cooperation proposals (JBP) that include joint marketing strategies, business targets, and campaign plans to clients or partners.
- Analyze market and competitor trends (data-driven) to create business growth strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development in the E-Commerce and Digital Marketing industry.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin.
- Previous experience in the E-Commerce and Digital Marketing industry is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability in sales, pitching products, and closing deals with prospective clients or business partners.
- Effective Communication – able to deliver ideas and information clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Negotiation & Persuasion – skilled in convincing prospective principals and achieving deal agreements.
- Strategic Thinking – capable of analyzing business opportunities and designing long-term strategies.
- Growth Mindset – always oriented toward self-development, continuous learning, and achieving better results.
- Problem-Solving – quick in identifying problems and finding practical, innovative solutions.
- Highly driven with a strong passion for growth and success; proactive and able to work independently.
